Trigger Point Body Rolling

Increase Strength; Decrease Injury

Krystal has been a massage therapist since 2003, with a passion for sports massage and rehabilitation. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Science, majoring in Biology and Sports Medicine from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2011, and continued on as a massage therapist at the Breakers Hotel for three years.

Krystal has always searched out the most cutting edge modalities for the greatest benefit of her clients and had been experimenting with various footballs and medicine balls when she stumbled upon the Yamuna Body Rolling Table Treatment. It was a serendipitous moment and she has since pursued every aspect she could learn of this new technique. In her own words, "Body rolling supplements my trigger point massage work. The balls give me access to deeper parts of the muscle with less pain and discomfort for my clients. It is everything I had been looking for. I'm really looking forward to pioneering it here in Palm Beach."
